Following training at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), Beth has been working in Music Education since 2008 as both a Music teacher with QTS and as a vocal specialist supporting young, developing singers to gain knowledge and experience of vocal technique, repertoire and performance.
From 2014, Beth worked as Head of Vocal Studies for the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust (NMPAT). During this time, Beth oversaw thousands of vocal students, hundreds of performances and project managed large scale musical events at the Royal Albert Hall, Peterborough Cathedral and professional theatres.
During this time is when Beth developed her own passion and expertise for choral conducting and has directed award winning choirs for over ten years.
Beth promotes an individualised approach to music education with a focus in equality, diversity and inclusion in all areas of her work. Based in vocal health, the services she offers are tailored to the needs of the organisation or individual client.
From 2024, Beth founded Ruby Slippers UK, a music education organisation to deliver outstanding vocal training and a holistic approach to gaining valuable skills though the power of the human voice.
