Lessons cancelled with over 24 hours notice are not chargeable and automatically role to the next booked lesson.
Lessons cancelled with under 24 hours notice are chargeable. Should the teacher and client arrange an alternative time for the lesson or mitigating circumstances allow, RSUK hold the right to waive the lesson fee or charge a 50% rate.
No shows are chargeable at the full cost of the lesson
Lessons cancelled by RSUK are not chargeable to the client and we will try and rearrange any missed lessons as soon as possible.

Communication between RSUK and clients should be kept to business hours via WhatsApp/email/phone.

Everyone working with RSUK deserves respect and any abusive communication between clients and staff will result in permanent cancellation of lessons/services.

Fees for lessons can be found via the Bookings page
Payment for lessons can be made via bank transfer following an invoice being sent, standing order* or by cash/card during a lesson/session
