Terms & Conditions

60 minutes (£50) / 30 minutes (£26)

• I base lessons within the school terms (September - December / January April / May - July) 
• Lessons are booked as individual 30 / 60 minutes or in bulk (sets of 5 or 10 lessons)
• When booking your lesson time, please book a slot that you will be able to attend each week (as much as possible) 
• If you have future clashes during the term's lessons, please let me know as soon as possible

• Alongside the cancellation policy, there may to times when you wake up on the day of a lessons feeling poorly. 
• If this is the case, please let me know by 8:30 so I have a chance to offer you time to another pupil otherwise I will have to charge for the lessons as per the cancellation policy.

• You will receive an invoice with bank details to transfer payment of lessons
• Please use your invoice number as the reference for the bank transfer
• Cash is also accepted and a receipt will be given on payment for your records
• If you are struggling to pay your invoice, please contact me and we can create a payment plan to support you
• Late payments without communication will result in a request for payment

• I will always endeavour to communicate with you respectfully and ask you do the same
• When starting lessons, I will ask you to provide me with your contact details and preferred method of communication (email/whatsapp etc) 
• As part of Ruby Slippers UK, these details will be stored safely and securing inline with GDPR regulations. 
• If you would not like me to store your information, please inform me when booking your lessons
